Self Service Portal Now Available
For your convenience, we are now offering to current tenants and property owners a new secure, online service called Assistance Connect. This is only for individuals currently receiving services from OCHRA. This service allows you to view information about your assistance, contact us directly and update your case file, any-time of the day or night, saving you the time and trouble it takes to come into an appointment or contact us on the phone.
Some of the online services currently offered include:
- Update Family Income
- Update Family Status
- Request a Work Order
- Search Rental Listings
- List a Rental
- Review Payments
- Reschedule an Inspection
- Review Inspection Information
In order to use Assistance Connect, you must be a current HRA participant. You can create an account online at www.assistancecheck.com. To obtain your personal pin number please send an email to email@example.com with your full name, address, and phone number.
Once you've completed creating your account, keep your account information in a safe place. You are required to log in to access Assistance Connect to make requests and check the status of your requests.
