Client Supervision Portal

Low-level supervision requires minimal face-to-face contact with a probation officer. The program is managed through the Client Supervision Portal (CSP), which can be accessed by phone or computer.

CSP is designed to increase accountability for lower-risk individuals by requiring one online check-in on the first day of each month. The portal is available in English and Spanish.

Eligibility

Eligible low-risk clients may be placed on CSP at sentencing.

Individuals on active supervision may be reduced to CSP status.

If a person on CSP demonstrates increased risk or needs, they may be returned to active supervision to receive additional services and support.

Important note

The Client Supervision Portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, only one check-in per month is required.
