Crisis Response for Southeast Minnesota
Crisis Response of Southeast Minnesota provides qualified counselors to answer any problem 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by phone.
Services are no cost, confidential and immediately accessible.
Counselors help the caller reach a place of emotional and physical well-being. They point the caller to existing social resources that provide long-term support. Phone counselors provide over-the-phone assessments, safety plans, and support. Our phone counselors can connect you to local teams to meet where you are and provide additional support.
A mental health crisis or emergency is any situation in which a person’s actions, feelings, and behaviors can hurt themselves or others. Without timely mental health intervention, the crisis could put them at risk of being unable to care for themselves or function in the community in a healthy manner.
