Organizational leadership
Olmsted County government leadership is comprised of a county administrator and three deputy administrators (one that oversees the Health, Housing, and Human Services division, one that oversees the Physical Development division, and one that oversees the Administrative Services division).
Olmsted County has been and is committed to protecting the people and environment in our community. The county continues to make investments in the resources and infrastructure we need to ensure our air, soil, and water are protected now and for future generations.
The mission of Olmsted County Parks and Trails is to foster an appreciation of the natural world through environmental education, natural resource management, and public participation in the stewardship of our park lands.
Policy, Analysis, & Communications (PAC) makes government more effective by strengthening external and governmental relations, internal decision-making, information sharing, and strategic planning.
The Property Records and Licensing department oversees several services which preserve land and individual records; past, present, and future for the benefit of the public.
Olmsted County Public Health Services provides a broad range of services to individuals, families, and communities to promote and protect the health of those who live and work in Olmsted County.

Olmsted County Veteran Services assists county residents, who have served in the armed forces of the United States, in securing benefits such as federal, state, dependent, transportation, mental health, and chemical dependency provided by law.
