Olmsted County wants your feedback! We’re inviting you to participate in a brief online survey about how our current county website is performing. Your input will also help inform a major website redesign planned for 2028.

Why your feedback is important
Since our last website survey in 2023, we’ve made improvements to the site based on community feedback. Now we’re taking a fresh pulse to understand how people use the site today, how effective it is, and what would make the experience better.

How your feedback will be used
We’ll use survey insights to assess usability, accessibility, content needs, and desired enhancements. Findings will guide near‑term improvements where feasible and shape planning for the website redesign effort.
