Developing thriving futures, a conference for child and family professionals
June 9, 2025 – Mayo Civic Center, Rochester MN
We are excited to begin planning for the 2026 Child and Family Services Conference—a powerful, day-long professional development experience designed for all CFS staff, with additional invitations for community partners and collaborators dedicated to strengthening outcomes for children and families in Olmsted County.
During this conference we will focus on our training priorities, expand leadership capacity, and reinforce a workplace culture that fosters teamwork, connection, and learning.
We are seeking presenters for our breakout sessions.
If you have expertise, experience, or passion in areas such as substance use, mental health, cultural responsiveness, enhancing worker skills, wellness, and leadership development we invite you to step forward as a presenter. Your knowledge, perspective, and leadership can shape meaningful conversations and contribute to the growth of our entire department.

We invite presenters to join us for the full day of the conference, with lunch provided. While our budget for presenter compensation is limited, we ask that you share your compensation details should additional funds become available.
