26th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. “We Have a Dream” Virtual Community Celebration

What

The NAACP Rochester Branch, Diversity Council, City of Rochester, Olmsted County and Rochester Area Chamber are hosting the 26th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. “We Have a Dream” virtual community celebration, which is open to all. (Due to COVID, this year we are modifying the traditional MLK community celebration to a virtual event)

Why

This virtual event will serve to remember and honor the legacy and lasting impact of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Who

Keynote interview with former Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Alan Page and local students. Local performers, poetry contest winners, and speakers will also be featured.

Where

Everyone is welcome to tune in and attend the community celebration online. The entire program will be streamed to the NAACP Rochester Branch Facebook page and will be available for viewing afterward.
