I, We, the undersigned, herewith make application for permission to construct the access driveway at the above location, said driveway to be constructed to conform with the regulations of the Public Works Department and to any conditions included in the permit. With this signature, the undersigned acknowledges that all of the information in the application is true and correct and that it may be denied if it is not and you have read and understand the applicable requirements under the adopted Access Management Ordinance and you agree to be bound by those requirements.

Permit application fees – Olmsted County Right-of-Way Access Permits

  • Residential access: $125

  • Farm access: $125

  • Field access: $125

  • Commercial access: $250

  • Public/private street connection to county road: $250

Incomplete applications, changes or delays: Incomplete applications, changes to applications, or delays initiated by the applicant during the review of an access permit that result in additional expenses will require the applicant to compensate the Public Works Department at a rate of $60 per hour.

If an application has been tabled for nine months or more at the applicant’s request, the applicant must file a new application and pay a new application fee.
