The County of Olmsted and the City of Rochester, Minnesota accept certain non-emergency crime reports online.
If you are the victim or a witness of a crime that occurred within Olmsted County or the City of Rochester, you may submit your initial report online. Based on the information you report, you may be contacted by a Deputy/Officer or Investigator.
This form should only be used for non-emergency reports. You can also call 507-328-6800 for non-emergencies. If you wish to report an emergency or urgent incident please call 9-1-1.
