Concrete rehabilitation work on County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 1 (11th Ave SE), starting April 21, 2025

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Olmsted County Public Works is announcing the following road construction project beginning Monday, April 21, 2025.

Concrete rehabilitation, bituminous shoulder mill and overlay, and restriping work will take place on County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 1 (11th Ave SE), between Trunk Highway 14 (12th Street SE) and Trunk Highway 52, as shown on the map below. CSAH 1 will remain open to traffic throughout the project but will be reduced to a single lane at various locations. The work is expected to be finished by early June 2025, weather dependent.


Motorists should expect delays and seek alternative routes.
