Youth Behavioral Health
Youth Behavioral Health serves Olmsted County youth, ages 3-18 (or up to 21 in specific circumstances) and their families struggling with mental health or behavioral concerns, parent-child conflicts, or substance abuse on a voluntary basis.

When you contact us, we are able to help in multiple ways. That might look like:
Information and referral
We help families connect with mental health resources in the community. We can share information on different types of mental health services, local providers, and other resources that may be helpful.
You do not need to be eligible for case management for us to support you in this way.
Case management and coordination
Some children may be eligible for ongoing support from a children’s mental health case manager. Case management services help families and children get the support and treatment they need.
Case managers must see child/youth face-to-face at least once per month.
Examples of mental health services that we may refer to in the community include Children's Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS), Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Medication Management, Neurofeedback, and Parent Coaching.
