Need something repaired? Bring it to our Fix-It Clinic on September 6, 2025
Olmsted County, in partnership with Reuse MN, will host its second Fix-It Clinic on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 125 LIVE in Rochester. Community volunteers will be available to assist participants in repairing a variety of household items.
Common items brought to fix-it clinics include:
- Clothing or other textiles.
- Countertop appliances (toasters, air fryers, coffee makers, blenders, etc.).
- Small electric devices (lamps, clocks, radios, hair dryers, etc.).
- Toys.
- Vacuums.
- Jewelry.
- Items requiring minor carpentry repairs.
Reminders for attendees:
- Participants are limited to a maximum of two items.
- There is no guarantee volunteers will be able to fix participants’ items.
- Volunteers do not fix electronics (TVs, cell phones, computers, etc.).
- We cannot work on any item with a gas engine.
- Items should be small enough that they do not require two people to carry them.
