Olmsted County Veteran Services partners with the Veteran Benefits Administration’s St. Paul Regional Office to host PACT Act Claims Clinic
Olmsted County Veteran Services is pleased to announce a collaborative effort with the Veteran Benefits Administration’s (VBA) St. Paul Regional Office to host a PACT Act Claims Clinic. This joint initiative is designed to provide essential support and guidance to veterans navigating the complexities of their claims.
Olmsted County Veteran Services Officers will be available to help assist with claims and answer questions. Additionally, a Veterans Health Administration (VHA) representative will be available on-site to address health-related inquiries. This clinic provides an invaluable opportunity for local veterans to engage directly with VBA experts, ensuring they receive the necessary information and assistance to navigate the claims process successfully.

When: Wednesday, December 20, 2023, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Graham Park - Crawford Hall, 1418 Fairgrounds Ave SE, Rochester, MN
"We are excited to collaborate with the St. Paul Regional Office to bring this PACT Act Claims Clinic to Olmsted County. In addition to Olmsted County, 11 other counties have been invited to participate in this Claims Clinic. This event exemplifies our commitment to providing accessible and comprehensive support to the veterans in our community," said Olmsted County Veteran Services Manager Tiffany Canfield.
How to participate
Veterans are encouraged to secure appointments by navigating to the Rochester VA Claims online scheduler or calling their local county veteran services office by December 13, 2023. Walk-ins are also welcome.
What to bring
Participants are requested to bring a copy of their DD-214 or discharge papers. Any recent correspondence about a claim that attendees have questions about will be helpful during the consultation.
