Olmsted County website survey is live – Participate by November 20!

  • News
  • Oct 16, 2026

Olmsted County wants your feedback! The county is inviting residents and community partners to participate in a brief online survey to help assess how the current county website (www.olmstedcounty.gov) is performing. The survey will also gather early input to inform a major website redesign planned for 2028.

Survey available in three languages

The survey is available in multiple languages and will remain open through November 20, 2026. Olmsted County encourages all community members to share their experiences and help shape the future of online county services.

Background

Since the last website survey in 2023, Olmsted County has implemented several improvements based on community feedback. Now, the county is seeking a fresh pulse check to understand how people use the website today, how effective it is, and find out how the website experience could be improved.

How feedback will be used

Community feedback will help the county assess usability, accessibility, content needs, and desired enhancements. Insights gathered will support near-term adjustments where feasible and contribute to strategic planning work for the full redesign effort beginning in 2027.

Our intent is to provide a modern, accessible, user-friendly website that reduces barriers, improves access to services, and supports residents more effectively.
