Southeast Regional Crisis Center to change service hours effective February 21, 2026
Effective Saturday, February 21, 2026, the Southeast Regional Crisis Center (SERCC) will begin new service hours which will be 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Previously, SERCC offered services 24/7. Nexus Family Healing manages operations of the SERCC – a crisis care center for urgent mental health needs located at 2121 Campus Drive SE in Rochester.
Olmsted County’s Crisis Response team is available 24/7 to help individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis or emergency. To receive help:

- Call 1-844-CRISIS2 (1-844-274-7472).
- 911 is always an option in an emergency.
