Olmsted County selects Oak View Group to manage Graham Park exhibition center
Olmsted County recently announced the selection of Oak View Group, a leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, to operate the Graham Park exhibition center, following the finalization of a management agreement. This partnership marks a significant milestone in bringing the highly anticipated facility to life and ensuring it delivers high-quality events and experiences for the community.
As part of this agreement, Oak View Group named Michael Swanson as general manager of the Graham Park exhibition center. In this role, he will oversee day-to-day operations, event booking, and strategic planning. Swanson most recently served as assistant general manager with Oak View Group at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and previously was general manager of the Pipestone Country Club, overseeing operations, events, and food and beverage service.
The 80,000-square-foot exhibition center facility at Graham Park is designed to serve as a year-round destination for agricultural events, trade shows, cultural gatherings, and more. Key features include a 125-by-250-foot main show ring, a warm-up arena, and modern amenities that support both people and animals. The exhibition center is currently under construction and expected to open in early 2027.
From hosting equestrian events and cultural festivals to community celebrations, the Graham Park exhibition center will provide an inclusive, adaptable venue that meets the evolving needs of Olmsted County residents and visitors alike.
