New website to access Olmsted County public meeting information
Effective immediately, Olmsted County is using a new software system for agendas, agenda packets, and minutes for Olmsted County’s public meetings. As a result, there is a new web address to use to access this information moving forward: https://olmstedcounty.primegov.com/public/portal.
Any user who tries to access the old IQM2 site for Olmsted County public meeting information on or after April 1 will be automatically redirected to the new PrimeGov site.
“There are several reasons why Olmsted County transitioned to new software for our public meetings,” said Assistant to the County Administrator Lisa Morris-Helmstetler. “However, the primary reason is that the site will be easier to use and navigate.”
The information accessible on Olmsted County’s new public meeting site pertains to meetings of the following county boards and commissions:
- Chester Heights Sewer District Advisory Board
- Community Services Advisory Board
- Dodge-Fillmore-Olmsted Joint Powers Board
- Environmental Commission
- Extension Committee
- Housing and Redevelopment Authority
- Olmsted County Human Rights Commission
- Olmsted County Board of Commissioners
- Olmsted County Justice Council
- Olmsted County Regional Railroad Authority
- Olmsted County Parks Commission
- Planning Advisory Commission
- Public Health Services Advisory Board
- Rochester-Olmsted Council of Governments (ROCOG)
- Sheriff’s Civil Service Commission
