Pavement work on County Road (CR) 3 starting August 13, 2026

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Olmsted County Public Works is beginning a roadway paving project on August 13, 2026. This work will take place just south of Trunk Highway (TH) 30, as indicated on the map provided below. The work is expected to be completed same day, weather permitting.

County Road 3 will remain closed during the project, and no detour will be provided. Motorists should seek alternative routes.
