Olmsted County accepts requests for Abstract of Title, Condition of Title and Registered Property Certificates.
​Abstract Property:
- Abstract of Title
- A historical record of all documents affecting title to property
- Condition of Title (Owners & Encumbrances Report)
- A record of current owner, legal description, and any open mortgages from current date forward

- Registered Property Abstract
- A copy of the Certificate of Title and the plat. Also, any delinquent property taxes, special assessments, and name searches
