CSAH 2 and 22 Bituminous Shoulder Preservation

Bituminous shoulder preservation work on County State Aid Highways (CSAH) 2 and 22, starting September 12, 2025

Olmsted County Public Works will begin a bituminous shoulder preservation project on September 12, 2025. This includes milling the existing bituminous shoulder, repaving, and installing new pavement markings on CSAH 2 and 22. The work is expected to be completed by September 19, 2025, weather permitting. Rochester Sand and Gravel is the prime contractor for the project.

Traffic will be maintained on both CSAH 2 and 22 through the duration of the project but reduced to a single lane at various locations.
