Roadway borings work on County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 1 (Simpson Rd SE) beginning July 17, 2025

ROCHESTER, Minn. – On July 17, 2025, roadway borings work will begin along CSAH 1 (Simpson Rd SE) from CSAH 47 (45th Street SE) to CSAH 16 as shown on the attached map. The work is expected to be completed by July 18, 2025, weather permitting.

Traffic will be reduced to a single lane, with flaggers directing traffic at each roadway boring location. American Engineering Testing is the contractor completing this work.
