CSAH 3 Bridge Reconstruction and Pavement Preservation Project

Project description: Olmsted County is leading a project to reconstruct the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 3 Bridge south of Pine Island and complete pavement preservation from 8th St SW in south to the CSAH 5 roundabout.

Anticipated project schedule:

Project description: Olmsted County is leading a project to reconstruct the bridge over the Middle Fork Zumbro River and 0.25 Miles of roadway south of 8th St SW in Pine Island. The project will also recondition 0.35 miles of pavement south of the bridge to the County 5 Roundabout. The bridge is anticipated to be closed for the duration of the project.

Anticipated Project schedule:

Starting - May 15, 2026

Completion - August 27, 2026
