Licensing and permits for special events and exhibitions, event camping or ministry services.

Special events within Olmsted County require a permit. Applications must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event.

Credentials of Ordination can be filed by mail or in person. Credentials of Ordination must be filed in at least one Minnesota county in order to perform a legal marriage ceremony in this state.
