May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and remind our community that support is available. Mental health challenges can affect anyone, and reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

In Olmsted County, one of the key frontline supports is the Crisis Response Team. The team is comprised of social workers, peer recovery specialists, mental health practitioners, and qualified mental health professionals.
