Property Records and Licensing closing for several hours on September 23 and 30
On Wednesday, September 23, 2026, Olmsted County Property Records and Licensing (PRL) employees will be attending a department-wide meeting. The PRL office at the Government Center will be closed from 8 until 11:30 a.m.
On Wednesday, September 30, 2026, the office will close to the public at 3 p.m. However, Assessment Services and Revenue staff will remain available from 3–5 p.m. during this time.
From 3–5 p.m. on September 30, the following service areas will be closed:
During this time, the office doors will be closed, and customers needing assistance should visit the Information Desk. Signage will be posted directing customers to the Information Desk for assistance.
