County building construction at 2117 Campus Drive SE

Construction on portions of the exterior and interior of Olmsted County’s 2117 building, located at 2117 Campus Drive SE in Rochester, will begin on Monday, July 22, 2024. This project will help improve water drainage on the exterior of the building and meet updated building codes.

The main visitor entrance on the east side of the building will be unavailable during a portion of this time. Signage will be placed outside the building to help direct visitors to the west building entrance. Access to the main visitor parking lot, on the east side of the building, will remain open.

Looking ahead

Phase two of the project – reroofing the building – is expected to start at the end of August or early September 2024.
