New property tax mailing address for Olmsted County

Olmsted County has a new mailing address for property tax payments. The envelopes you received with your tax statement will have the new mailing address. However, if you are sending a payment in your own envelope, please use the new address below.

Payment mailing tips:

• According to USPS.com, mail can take up to five business days to be delivered.
• All mail sent locally will be forwarded to St. Paul to receive a postmark, which adds at least one extra business day to the mailing time. Minnesota state statute requires us to process payments using the postal postmark date as the date of receipt of payment.

Please keep these tips in mind when sending payments and remember to mail early to avoid any late payment penalties.
