On Wednesday, November 16, 2022, Olmsted County Property Records and Licensing (PRL) employees will be attending a staff development event for a portion of the day.

Olmsted County employees, residents, and the media are invited to attend a celebration on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, to honor four county commissioners retiring from service at the end of 2022. The event is being held at 1 p.m. on November 15 in the Board Room in the Olmsted County Government Center at 151 4th St. SE in Rochester.
In recognition of the upcoming Veterans Day holiday, Olmsted County and the City of Rochester have joined together by participating in “Operation Green Light.” Beginning Monday, November 7 through Sunday, November 13, 2022, the lights in the Government Center Rotunda will be illuminated green in honor of veterans. The exterior dome lights will be illuminated on November 11.

Direct balloting allows in-person voters to insert their ballots directly into a ballot tabulator at the absentee voting location. Voters also have the option to place their absentee ballot into an envelope to be processed and tabulated later during the direct balloting period.
