Property Records and Licensing closing for several hours on November 16

Olmsted County Property Records and Licensing closed November 16 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

On Wednesday, November 16, 2022, Olmsted County Property Records and Licensing (PRL) employees will be attending a staff development event for a portion of the day. The following services will not be available at the Government Center from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. next Wednesday:

Passports
Vital records
Assessment services
Revenue/property tax
Recording and abstracting

If you need to schedule appointments for passports, identification cards and licenses, and vital records, please use the Olmsted County Online Check-in system.
