Affordable housing opportunities
We work to expand access to safe, quality housing that meets the needs of families, individuals, and seniors—regardless of income level.
Clean water and reliable wastewater systems
Ensuring every home and business has access to safe drinking water and effective sewage treatment is a top priority for public health and environmental protection.
Safe and sound buildings
Through building codes and inspections, we help ensure that homes, offices, and public spaces are structurally safe and built to last.
Smart, orderly growth
We coordinate development so that new homes, businesses, and public spaces are supported by roads, utilities, and other essential infrastructure.
Environmental stewardship
Our planning process protects natural resources, promotes green space, and supports sustainable development practices that benefit current and future generations.
