How to make a complaint regarding a licensed family child care program

Call our agency at 507-328-6140 and ask to speak to a Child Care licensor to make a complaint.

After 5 p.m. on Monday through Friday, weekends, and holidays contact a Crisis Worker at 507-535-5625 or Law Enforcement at 507-328-6800 to make a report. The licensor will help you determine if your complaint is a licensing violation or a parent/provider issue. She/he will tell you how the complaint will be addressed. 

According to Minnesota Statute, names of callers are always confidential; licensors do not reveal the name of someone who makes a complaint.
