The 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) report, detailing Olmsted County’s health priorities, is now available to the public. The 2025 CHNA identified three priority issues that significantly impact health: mental health, access to care, and food security.
The federal government has shut down after Congress did not reach a funding agreement by midnight on September 30. Most county services and federally supported programs will continue without interruption in the short term. Olmsted County will keep residents updated if the shutdown continues for a longer period.
