Ride-Along

The patrol division periodically allows members of our community and law enforcement students to ride along with our patrol division. Recently, there has been a significant increase in ride-along requests. Due to the rise in requests, the sheriff's office will temporarily only grant ride-along to law enforcement students currently enrolled in school. 

Those applying for a ride-along are:

Use Rotunda doors (Door C) for after-hours meetings held in the Government Center’s Council/Board Chambers beginning January 4

Use Rotunda doors (Door C) for after-hours meetings held in the Government Center’s Council/Board Chambers beginning January 4

All other doors will continue to lock at 5 p.m.

All other doors will continue to lock at 5 p.m.

Effective Monday, January 4, 2021, the Government Center Rotunda doors (Door C) will only be unlocked for meetings after 5 p.m. when public meetings are scheduled or expected to occur after business hours. Specifically, Rotunda doors will be open 15 minutes prior to a scheduled meeting and locked 15 minutes after the meeting’s scheduled start time.
