Welcome to Olmsted County, MN

Beginning Friday, September 18, 2026, eligible voters in Minnesota can vote absentee for the November 3, 2026, General Election. Absentee ballots can be requested through the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State. There are several ways to vote absentee during this 46-day period.

Shannon DeHeve is a former participant in the Dodge & Olmsted (D&O) Community Corrections probation program. Through D&O Community Corrections, DeHeve received support from her probation officer, Jenna McMillan, and connected services including treatment for co‑occurring disorders, long‑term sober living, outpatient care, and mental health support. 

Olmsted County Public Health Services has been nationally recognized by the National Association of County and City Health Officials for its leadership in strengthening local public health systems.
