Rental property owners in Rochester and Olmsted County can now apply for a significant property tax reduction through the 4(d) Affordable Housing Incentive Program. Applications are open from November 2026 to January 31, 2027. This voluntary program helps rental property owners obtain property tax reductions while preserving affordable housing for income-qualified renters in our community. 

The Olmsted County Canvassing Board will meet Tuesday, November 10, to review and certify the 2026 General Election results. The meeting is open to the public. Learn more about the canvassing process and how election results become official.

Olmsted County wants your feedback! The county is inviting residents and community partners to participate in a brief online survey to help assess how the current county website (www.olmstedcounty.gov) is performing. The survey will also gather early input to inform a major website redesign planned for 2028.
