Olmsted County Kiosk added at Families First location in Rochester

An Olmsted County Kiosk is now available at Families First in Rochester at 126 Woodlake Dr. Olmsted County Kiosks are available in 11 locations around the county and were implemented as a way to eliminate barriers (i.e., transportation, technology) to accessing Olmsted County services. Through the kiosks, residents can get help accessing services provided by Olmsted County’s Health, Housing, and Human Services teams as well as information on Legal Assistance of Olmsted County and MNBenefits. 

Residents using Olmsted County Kiosks can now submit documents through the kiosk as part of the application process thanks to new scanning functionality that rolled out in May 2023.
