*Effective October 1, 2026, the fee for US Department of State Express Mail service for the expedite processing have changed. Please refer to the updated fees below to verify the exact amount.

In addition, Olmsted County’s mailing fee will also change effective October 4, 2026. Please ensure you are using the updated fee schedule for all transactions after this date.

Passport office hours:

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. (Closed on federal holidays).

You must schedule an appointment using the Online Passport Appointment below.

*Please note: Both parents must be in attendance for children under 16.
