RAEDI partners with Olmsted County to solicit Statements of Interest (SOI) for former Seneca property

Olmsted County is soliciting Statements of Interest (SOI) from March 15, 2022, through June 1, 2022, from property developer candidates for the former Seneca property. Rochester Area Economic Development, Inc. (RAEDI) is partnering with the county to develop and execute the SOI process and solicit development proposals and evaluate creative visions for the site.

SOI Timeline:

• March 15, 2022 - SOI open
• March 23, 2022 - Optional pre-proposal meeting
• April 19, 2022 - Optional pre-proposal meeting
• April 29, 2022 - Deadline for SOI questions
• June 1, 2022 – Deadline for SOI submissions
