Road construction to begin March 31 between Government Center and Annex

Road construction is set to begin Friday, March 31, 2023, on a portion of 4th Street Southeast between the Olmsted County Government Center and Annex building to repair a water pipe running under the road. A recent inspection led to the discovery of a leak in the pipe.

The pipe is temporarily decommissioned, and construction is expected to last until the end of April 2023.
