Thank you, Health and Human Services workers!
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is once again proclaiming the second Wednesday in December as County, City, Tribal, and State Health and Human Services Day in Minnesota.
The vital services these employees provide are important to the health, prevention, and protection of all Minnesotans. County, city, tribal, and state health and human services workers are responsible for the prudent expenditure of millions of dollars annually and must meet the highest standards of job performance in program and services delivery.
On the local level, Olmsted County would like to thank each employee within our Health, Housing, and Human Services (HHH) division for their dedication to the prosperity of the community. Even though December 8, 2021, marks the proclamation in the state, we continue to value the hard work of our county’s HHH employees throughout the calendar year.
