Empowering Connections and Housing Outreach (ECHO) Center
People struggling with homelessness and other housing needs have another option for help in Olmsted County.
The Housing Stability Team of Olmsted County opened a satellite office called the Empowering Connections and Housing Outreach (ECHO) Center. The office is located at 206 4th Street SE in Rochester, next to the Rochester Community Warming Center.
We seek to prevent and end long-term homelessness in Olmsted County by developing local housing and supportive services that use evidence-based models and combine public and private resources.
The Coordinated Entry System is the county's approach to organizing and providing housing services for people experiencing homelessness in Olmsted County.
