Food, Water, & Air
Olmsted County works to protect and promote the health of our community by ensuring access to safe food, clean water, and healthy air.
Through partnerships with residents, businesses, and community organizations, we provide services that help improve quality of life, enhance well-being, and support a healthier natural environment. From food safety inspections and water testing to food scrap recycling and local food resources, our programs are designed to support a healthier, more resilient Olmsted County.
