Property Records and Licensing closing for several hours on October 4

On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, Olmsted County Property Records and Licensing (PRL) employees will be attending a staff development event for a portion of the day. The following services will not be available at the Government Center from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. on October 4: 

Passports 
Vital records  
Assessment services 
Revenue/property tax 
Recording and abstracting
