Should you be experiencing income or household changes, please visit RentCafe Housing Portal to update your income changes. Please provide all supporting documentation with this change. This paperwork may be emailed to your caseworker at the email address listed above, mailed to your caseworker at HRA, 2117 Campus Dr. SE, Rochester, MN 55904, or placed in the yellow drop box at the east end of the parking lot located outside the 2117 building.
