*Effective April 26, 2026, the fee for Olmsted County priority mail and express service for the expedite processing have changed. Please refer to the updated fees below to verify the exact amount.

Passport office hours:

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. (Closed on federal holidays).

You must schedule an appointment using the Online Passport Check-In below.

*Please note: Both parents must be in attendance for children under 16.
