Public Input for State and Federal Transportation Projects
Draft 2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
The Rochester-Olmsted Council of Governments (ROCOG) is soliciting public input on the draft of the 2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), a multi-year program of federally funded transportation projects in the Rochester-Olmsted County region. ROCOG is conducting a 30-day public comment period, ending at 12:00 noon on September 28, 2022.

ROCOG is planning an in-person open house for Thursday, September 8, 2022, 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, at Olmsted County Planning Department, 2122 Campus Drive SE, Conference Room A, Rochester, MN 55904.
ROCOG will be conducting two virtual online open houses for the public with a provided through the Olmsted County online meeting portal at
www.olmstedcounty.primegov.com/public/portal on the following days:
- Wednesday, September 7, 2022, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm; Teams Meeting Link and
- Tuesday, September 13, 2022, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Teams Meeting Link.
The ROCOG 2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program will be considered for adoption during the next scheduled ROCOG meeting on September 28, 2022, at 12:00 noon, at 2117 Campus Dr SE, Conference Room 161, Rochester, MN 55904. The meeting will also be accessible to the public via online access at www.olmstedcounty.primegov.com/public/portal. Public comments regarding the draft TIP are also welcome during this meeting.
